However, they did remember to pick us up from hotel going back to the airport, which makes no sense if they did not have my booking.”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not book with that company. They was nobody to pick us up upon our arrival. When asking around where there rep usually stands at the airport they were giving us that little smile that made you realize that you got scammed. I finally received a message through WhatsApp that unfortunately due to operational reason no car was available to pick us up and we will need to request a full refund. Which is still more than a month ago and they keep telling us us to wait that they are investigating. Report this to your credit card carrier and dispute the charge. Terrible and leave extreme bad taste about DR.”
