“As a single, solo traveler, landing late at night to an unexpected airport due to flight changes, and having to travel five hours in the middle of the night through the mountains with a strange driver, on faith, was enough to say the least. However, my contact Juan and my driver Elvin were excellent and made me feel very comfortable. Elvin was a great driver and there were absolutely no issues. I was safe and made the trip without issue. I highly recommend Diamond. I will note that there is no Diamond counter in the airport, I had to walk to the jet lag café, and the driver picks you up in the general area. That was my experience. I expected there to be a diamond counter based on my text messages, but that could have been a language communication barrier.”
