“The pick up service was good, the driver was friendly, despite the language barrier he was pleasant. However they reached out to me the day before to confirm my pick up form the resort, I confirmed, and on the day of after 15 mins of being late I heard from no one. I reached out to the same email that contacted me the day before no answer. I reached out to them through that app, no response. I had to contact Viator, but Viator can’t help with existing reservations they just advise contacting the operator. So I had to fake setting up a new one just to speak to someone and they reached out the the company. At this point 35 mins have gone by and still no driver, just for the operator to reach out, from the same email I contacted prior, to say they can’t get a hold of the driver, they don’t know what happened, and there’s no one near by for them to dispatch. They only could refund the money. I almost didn’t make it through customs in time for my flight, and I had to pay for another taxi, twice the amount I pre booked. They’re not reliable, I will not use them again. ”
