“This trip was a big disappointment. We had chosen an English guide, and virtually no English was spoken, and certainly there was no guide. My daughter almost lost possessions because no one even told us that we would be leaving in a different vehicle than the one we arrived in. No refreshments were offered and there was no stop at the Macao Beach, both things listed in the description. The views from the mountain were amazing, and we had a good, safe driver to/ from the mountain. I would go to mountain Redonda, but would not use this company.”
“The destination is very well done, with plenty of friendly staff and things to do. The view from Mountain top is tremendous! Zipline and such for those willing to dare. Note: —Travel time to the venue was over an hour (1:15-each way) by private Van —Upon arrival, transferred to smaller pickup truck with bench seating in the back truck bed ala safari style. The ride up is long, steep, and VERY ROUGH— questionable safety. The better choice is to take a seat inside the pickup. Which we did on the way down, Much Better. Some larger groups were taken on larger “safari trucks” with open air bench seating, don’t know how comfortable that was. —Bar/Restaurant at the top only accepts Cash (or possibly CashApp ) The views are tough to beat!”
“Driver was nice and views were stunning from the top 👌 felt a little pushed at the top to go into souvenir shop but didn't want too and felt pressed into giving a tip to someone who didn't really do nothing but follow us around 🙈”
