“The tour was supposed to be a buggy and scuba doo scooter and that was false advertising. First, they say the vehicle is air conditioned, no. The vehicle is a truck w seats and is open, like a safari truck. After the buggy tour I asked about the scuba part and they said it was a completely different tour. I showed the screenshot of the description and they said I needed to contact the platform I booked. All I say is, read the fine print, but it's not always delivered.”

“NEVER SHOWED. This was the one excursion I most looked forward to and there is nothing like sitting out 45 min waiting for the pickup that never arrives. I purchased, they took my money, never sent a confirmation email and no communication whatsoever. Fortunately, I booked through Trip Advisor and was able to get refund. When the operator contacted them, they said only that they had to cancel and gave no reason. PS the weather was beautiful so please do not reply to this review to save yourself and say weather did not permit as you did to another reviewer. I would be much less bitter about this if they had at least contacted me , at any point, to tell me they were cancelling. Instead, we woke early, dressed, waited 45 minutes and lost the ability to get beach chairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
“They changed the date for our outing and we couldn't go. We informed them of the fact that we had other plans for the new date. They never gave us a refund of $148 that they owed us. This should be 0 stars. VERY POOR customer service ! ”
“We never went to this excursion. We paid our money in advance, as we have with previous trip advisor trips. We never received any word after the generic acknowledgment of the booking. Usually you receive detailed instructions of how to meet up with your tour. I sent numerous emails without response. I attempted to call but reached a recording requiring the reservation number which was on the email on another phone. We were not able to reach a real person for help. No call not response, we went out to the main gate, but we were unsure of the time since we never heard anything. They feel they don’t need to refund our money. We are pursuing this issue thru pay pay and our bank. We did not receive this scooter trip and we were very disappointed, and treated poorly”
