Drive your own machine – whether alone, with a partner, or with family – and experience riding on dirt roads and wild trails where mud is a highlight and the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. During our 3-hour adventure, you’ll experience it all: a typical village, a local school, caves, a beach, shopping, and more. We’ll pick you up in the morning, late morning, or afternoon with a safari truck from your hotel and take you in just 20 minutes to our ranch in the village of Macao. There, our English-speaking guide will welcome you and provide the proper safety instructions for the tour. While driving on dirt roads, we’ll visit a cave where you can take a quick swim. Afterward, we’ll head to Macao Beach (the most beautiful beach in the area), where you’ll have about 25 minutes to enjoy the beach.

“I've done ATVs plenty of times in different countries & this was by far the worse experience. The driver was late, the point of contact was unresponsive as all 6 of us tried calling to get a pick up update. When we arrived the ATV operators offered us a package upgrade that we declined. Instead of moving forward he tried to pressure us into taking the upgrade. We weren't given the safety overview thats usually given before getting on the machine. The tour guide was short with us, we soon found out we were his 4th tour of the day & he was tired. Once we got started, one of our ATVs stalled out multiple times, another had a flat tire, another cut off completely. My ATV was the ONLY one with side mirrors, none of the 6 ATVs had break lights, & the breaks on all of them were not the best. The stops we made were a coffee plantation/souvenir store, a cenote that was overcrowded, beach where we were hounded to purchase from vendors. All in all, I do not recommend unless you want to ride on poorly upkept machine & be rushed throughout your experience. ”
“We got the buggy’s and we had a great time. Left very dirty and tired but seen a lot of beautiful sights. The pictures they took of us were great also. Is there a way we can get the pictures resent to us if we lost them?”

“I had a great time.... until things went sour. The actual Atv rides was wonderful. However, two of the staff were extremely rude to us then a fight broke out with other individuals that were part of the excursion. It was the individuals not staff fault though. They were drunk. There was glass and blood everywhere. The police were called and we’re wrongly interrogating the Haitian staff workers, who also happen to be the victims of the assault. I’m not saying it was a racist experience, but I’m not saying it was either. Sabrina, the owner, did offer a complementary excursion free of charge. It was a wild time. We will do it again!”
“I had a really good time riding the ATV. I'm happy I didn't get really dirty. Macao Beach is so Beautiful. I had a 20 minute horse ride included but it was more like 5 minutes. Other than that it was a great experience. Thank you”
