“Overall great service! We were delayed going through customs and didn’t immediately see someone from Waybus waiting at the terminal exit. To get to the buses you keep walking to the end of the terminal where the little restaurant is. I had received a text from the driver on WhatsApp but hadn’t seen it. They originally couldn’t find our names in the list, but still drove us to our hotel with no issue. On the way back, I confirmed through Viator messaging what time they would pick us up. The driver was on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Very nice drivers and very helpful. ”
