“I can’t speak to the trip because we received the information 20 mins before after we were told it would be sent the night before. After me contacting them days before and they kept saying you will get all the info the night before,, The customer service agent sends me a text 20 mins before saying meet here with no apology - just insisting you can make it you have time go be there. When asked they said we have another number on file meanwhile I had had two days of back and forth and then assuring me the info would be sent the night prior. Then the excuse that they did send the info with a screenshot that shows no reply no confirmation nothing and never occurred to continue the conversation that was already initiated til the morning of to say - we called the other number - total BS No mention or refund or rescheduling just - run you can make it you have 20 mins. They had an emergency number for after hours which we contacted to no response. Then the morning of the CS rep dropped off the chat when I said we can’t just head there in less that two mins - you just sent us the info and they replied nothing Absolutely terrible customer service and sadly we have another trip planned with them as well - doubt we will get our money back”
“It was really fun all day trip to Saonan Island, Alex was amazing and the staff from the bus driver to the boat staff. Loved swimming on the sand bar with turqoise water . Will definitely recommend”

“Overall the package excursion was nice and for a decent price. What I didn’t like what the lack of clear details regarding exactly what would be done on each day of the excursion. For example, on the day of the ATV/Buggie experience, I was only prepared to get dirty. I had no idea we’d be stopping at Macoa Beach and the Cenote to swim so I had no attire to get wet in. Also, I had to put so much effort into finding out the transportation pickup times so I wouldn’t miss each day of the excursion. The exact departure times and location should have been provided to me in advance.”
