“To get exact directions to the driver upon arrival to puj airport, and have a logo on both the vehicle and driver. since we arrived later im the evening we didn't know where to go. When we did get out, we were bombarded by lots of strangers claiming to be our driver. Also I don't see a confirmation for our return trip to airport in the app.”

I booked Punta Cana Transfer after finding them online, thinking they were a reliable option for getting from PUJ to our resort. The pickup from the airport went fine — the driver was on time, holding a sign with my name, the car was clean, and he drove safely. It was a bit cramped in the Toyota Sienna for six passengers plus luggage (definitely more suited for five), but since the ride was short, we managed. The problem was with the return trip to the airport — and this is where things completely fell apart. Our scheduled pickup showed up 50 minutes late, and we were extremely stressed because we still had to check in, drop off all our bags, and we were traveling with a toddler. I contacted Punta Cana Transfer multiple times and they were completely unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, they passed me off to another agency, who then told me to call the driver directly. It was a mess. I had to do all the work — calling different numbers, trying to track down the driver — which is ridiculous considering I booked and paid Punta Cana Transfer to handle all of that. Once the driver finally arrived, we hit heavy traffic to the airport, adding even more delay and stress. This company was not reliable, not responsive, and showed zero accountability. For all those reasons, I’m giving them two stars — and honestly, I wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to anyone.”
