“We got cancelled on by this company the night before our tour. They did offer to reschedule but we were leaving the island to go home so we couldn't do it another day. I don't blame them for acts of nature but I do blame them for not issuing a refund. Now I have to go thru all the crap with my credit card company just to get my money back. I don't find that worthy of a great review”
“Not at all what the description says. They crammed us into a van instead of the open air bus like pictured. The coffee and cocoa demonstration lasted a total of 3 minutes and did not even offer tasting of coffee. Most of the stops seemed to only be for gift shops. The market he led us through was just a walk through which included alive and dead chickens where everyone was gagging from the smell. The guide did not talk about the culture during the trip and instead slept the whole was back. I wish I could get my money back for this waste of time. ”
