“The snorkeling and events that were included was unexpected. The crew was amazing, courteous and ensured we were informed at all times. It was a good experience. The second event was on a separate day which worked well. Pickup was great but there was no one for hotel drop off once it was over. The tour was okay and the gentlemen that were the tour guides were informative and ensured everyone was taken care of. ”
“The dune buggy’s were an absolute blast! The snorkeling was a complete joke. We literally got on the boat and went 5-10 mins out. Saw nothing as I could’ve swam out there myself. They threw chips into the water to attract some needle nose fish and that’s it. I was to receive a refund which they lied and to this day, I have never received! Find a different company! ”
“It never happened. I contacted the number provided a day before because we had not hear anything from the vendor and called multiple times. Our booking agency did too with no results. Our hotel concierge called and nothing. When the day came we waited and waited and nothing. We had to book through another agency and paid double. Book directly with your hotel, is safer and you won't have to waste time with no answer at all.”
“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I would just book with big companies. No communication at all. I have tried through TripAdvisor and WhatsApp, but nothing. I and my wife are booked for tomorrow (23 Dec 2025) morning at 8am, but they have not communicated anything, which was supposed to be at least 24 hours before. With failure after multiple attempts of trying to contact, I am compelled to write this review and let people know. If it is cancelled, tell us so: people come here in limited time to enjoy. But this kind of unprofessionalism ruins the trip.”
