“Im gonna be as honest as possible. I booked for 10:30am it was later changed to 11:45am i was picked up at 11:30am. Communication was on point. The day prior i was given the pick up time and they stayed in contact until i was picked up.My group was 9 people i was extremely happy with that. The staff were helpful and friendly. The first stop was no more than 20 minutes. We went to the cenote it quickly became very crowded since other tour groups came there. As a solo traveler this is probably the most suitable to me.”
