“We enjoyed our week at Royalton Splash in Punta Cana. Some pros: The luxury family suite with separate area for bunk beds/tv, the constant shuttle runs to the beach, the beach bar’s burgers and hotdogs, the abundance of chairs at the beach, the staff, the cleanliness of the entire resort, and the beautiful pools with swim up bars. Bubbles pool was our favorite pool. The sunsets are breathtaking and the ocean was perfect! So clean and calm. Under the Sea was our favorite restaurant. Areas for improvement: all restaurants aren't open every night. They require reservations and you only can book a spot 24 hours in advance. If you don’t book early, you won’t get a reservation. The Selections buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and doesn’t require reservations. Breakfast was our favorite meal there, they had great selections for all 3 meals, and an excellent wait staff. I would also suggest adding a fan to the Luxury Family Suite as the bunk bed side can get very warm. We would definitely return. I was worried since so many reviews were not that great. Thanks for a wonderful first experience in Punta Cana!!”
