“I booked a Nexus transfer for 2 people from Royalton Hideaway in Punta Cana, with a confirmed pickup time of 9:00 AM. The shuttle never showed. When I contacted support, the bot said the pickup was scheduled for 11:05 AM — over two hours later than what I booked — and I had to email over my confirmation just to prove the correct time. I reached out through the chat service and was told I'd be connected to a human agent. Ana came on the line, said she'd review my notes and get back to me, and then never responded again — not to that message or any follow-up. I ended up calling in for help, which cost me extra since I was calling internationally. The phone rep, advised me to just take a taxi and wouldn't escalate the call to a supervisor. Eventually another shuttle came through, and Evelyn and Francis at the hotel's front desk were the ones who actually got us on it. They were the only bright spot in the entire ordeal. Paid $33 for a service that failed to deliver, then had to deal with unresponsive support and no real accountability. Disappointing experience overall.”

“I had a great time while staying at this resort. I enjoyed the food and the small activities that they do. I really enjoyed the hideaway activities crew Jean Paul and Criss. They made sure my family and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend. If you want the full adults only experience stay in the hideaway pool section. Everywhere else it’s game for the younger kids. Lastly the resort is very beautiful I felt relaxed and happy the entire time.”
