“WestJet did WestJet things after our flight was cancelled, and we ended up 30 minutes away from the airport at the Majestic Colonial for the night. Our rescheduled flight left at 11 am, and our "free" WestJet transfer was only scheduled to collect us at 9 am, along with the other 150+ impacted by the cancelled flight. Anyway, it was clear this would not work out well. With less than 10 hours before we needed to be at the airport, we booked a private transfer with Punta Cana Transfer.
