Traveler reviews
“I was left stranded at the airport with 2 kids. They never showed up. No ansewer, didn’t pick up calls. Totally unprofessional, unacceptable. Never got a response or an apology ”
“Our driver was early and made sure to check our ticket and also took a picture. He was a very safe driver and made us feel safe.”
“It was very professional and friendly from the beginning and during our stay at the resort they reached out to us for further tour possibilities, unfortunately we couldn’t do the private tours this time but next time i will do it with them. On time and great service, they picked us up from the airport and dropped us off, highly recommend them to everyone.”
“Had no problems with them. Displayed great customer service. I would recommend them or use them when traveling again.”
“This was the best service! Stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp, which was very helpful, especially when it took us a little while to find our bags. They found us at the airport with an electronic sign with our name on it. Took us over to the resort. We use them again to take us over to another beach while we were in Punta Cana. Super reliable and friendly. Would 100% recommend!”
