“The confirmation email I received stated that the driver can wait only 5 minutes past the scheduled time but he arrived 10 minutes late! He was on the phone at least 50% of the time driving with one hand and was often speeding. He was so distracted that he did not ask us which terminal and dropped us off at terminal A at PUJ. luckily for us I realized it was terminal A with a couple of minutes and rushed back outside. Surprise surprise, he was still on the phone standing on the curbside. He did then drop us off at terminal B, if not, it would have been quite a walk with the luggage on hot day!”
