Traveler reviews
“I recently had the pleasure of using a car service for our family trip, and overall, it was a great experience! While the initial communication was a bit shaky, I was pleasantly surprised by how everything came together in the end. The day before our travel, I received clear and timely updates, which really put my mind at ease. The car itself was fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It even came with the car seat we needed for our 4-year-old, which was a huge plus and made our journey much more comfortable. When it was time for pickup, our driver was right on time and waiting for us with a friendly smile. He was not only professional but also very nice, making the ride enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this car service! Despite the initial hiccup, their commitment to excellent service shone through, and I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for making our travel experience so smooth!”
“The transport was wonderfu. It was quick, no waiting and went right to the hotel. If you are short on time or want something private and fast, spend the extra $40 on the private transport. Our driver was great.”
“We had an excellent experience with our private van transportation from PUJ to our hotel with Julio. Communication was clear and prompt from start to finish, making the process stress-free. The van was spacious, spotless, and perfectly air-conditioned—exactly what we needed after a long flight. Julio was friendly, professional, and made the ride comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend his service for anyone looking for reliable and pleasant transportation in the area.”
“2 beautiful Cadillac Escalades showed up to pick up our party of five. Very professional, our party split up and I took my kids alone. I never once felt unsafe. I will 100% book them again!”
“Communication with Julio was excellent. Instructions were very clear. It was a good thing that I had What’s app because Viator failed to give my email to the company. Anyway, I still recommend this company. When I asked how to book for my return, Julio sent me the link and all I had to do was click on it. No searching. Made my life easier! Thank you very much!!!”
