“The condition of the vehicle was perfect - to include cool drinks and AC - However when we arrived, the driver was nowhere to be found (only an iPad with our names on it sitting on a ledge) clearly this was an issue. After 10 mins of communication (via email) our driver arrived (he was parking the vehicle in a lot which we understood but he should’ve arrived earlier to take care of that. Most importantly is that throughout the whole process we were forced to communicate via email!????? How does that make sense. We have phones, WhatsApp etc. but we had to wait for their operator to respond and hope the WiFi at the airport & hotel was good enough for emails to come thru. This part was a complete failure. If they fix this issue as well as ensuring that upon arrival your operator is there to greet you they would get 5 stars. May seem minor but with no driver there you have to then deal with 10 other guys asking you about taxi and/or car service. Again, the car, water in the car, AC and safety of the driver were all very good. ”
