He dropped off at the hotel and with a translator app it was easy to communicate. Communication with the main office by what’s app was good and they were willing to help. ”

“We couldn’t be more disappointed with our transfer service. I wish I would have cancelled our return transfer based on the dismal experience from PUJ to Club Med Miches. Items to note for such a poor review: Our pickup was 50minutes late after me confirming with several different agents that our driver would be there at 1:30pm. The driver clearly did not have proper identification & paperwork showing our transfer & as such Club Med did not want to let them on the property. The van was in terrible shape, the check engine light was on, the back end continued to vibrate abnormally, the driver stopped & urinated on the side of the road even though he knew we were late because of his late arrival. The second person who came with the driver played videos on his phone during the entire transfer. It’s shameful that this was the experience for the final leg of our trip. If you’re going to be in this business the minimum standard is to arrive on time with clean & safe vehicles. This is not a hard task.”
