Shared 10-12 Hours Tour in Los Haitises National Park
The Park Los Haitises is home to miles of untouched mangrove forests, secluded beaches, ancient caves and island outcroppings that dot the San Lorenzo bay. The adundance of red mangroves, that stretch for miles, create a natural incubator for young sea life, protecting them from larger predators in the open water. And the park itself is bursting with all kinds of life with numerous species of birds, reptiles, amphibians and crustaceans. Los Haitises is also home to two endangered land mammals – the Hispaniolan Hutia and the Solenodon. Both are only found in the Dominican Republic.

Traveler reviews
“Excellent. It was really interesting to hear the history in the caves and the boat ride through the park was beautiful. We only did part of the tour because of where our resort was. ”
“Best tour we have been on in South America! Guide(Nathan) and driver (Anthony) were fantastic! Nathan was knowledgeable, shared lots of history and explanation of the culture. Amazing food! Incredible scenery! Truly the best tour! More than five star!”
“We expected a lot from this trip and we got much more than expected. Every moment was a joy and a new discovery. The whole trip is very diverse: it starts by boat to mangroves and hidden caves and then splashing in cool water pools, built on a clear river and then admiring 360* views on top of Montana Redonda and finally discovering an exotic tropical garden and secrets of chocolate making. If you have one day to spare outside your resort, do this trip!”
“we had a lovely day with a lots of activities. Amazing, plus they provided open bar after lunch😀. Just one thing: please contact them on the WhatsApp day before to confirm the exact time”
