“Estiben sanchez Exceeded expectations was very fun experience to ride buggies in different types of terrains and going through the villages of the city. That the caves were really fun to swim in and that the Macao beach was amazing. The price was good for 2 people. Perfect amount of time. Staff was very accommodating and not to many people with us. “Wish we had done more research before booking with this company. Unfortunately, the transportation experience was extremely disappointing. While they offered my friend a refund (which we still have not received), we still spent several hours dealing with the situation and lost nearly 3 hours of our vacation time. Now we have to spend even more money booking transportation elsewhere, but honestly, I would rather pay extra than deal with this kind of headache again. Vacations are supposed to be stress-free, and this experience was anything but. I would strongly recommend looking into other companies and reading reviews carefully before booking.
