“BUYER BEWARE- The company canceled our trip due to rain and promised a refund. It has now been over a month and they stopped replying to my emails and have not yet given me a refund. On top of that the communication was terrible. I messaged them through the app every day for 3-4 days leading up to the trip to confirm a pickup time and tried calling the day before and got no response. I had to call Viator di rectory to contact them only to find out they had to move the trip to another day. On that day they canceled due to rain but didn’t inform us until 45 minutes after the pickup time ”
“This is not the zip line experience we were expecting the pictures align with the hotel booklet promoting runners adventurers but this zip line is a different one altogether, the staff and the driver are great but the description of this place and the photos are misleading we thought we booked the correct one but it's not the case. I thought booking this via a reputed company would be better but this was a rip-off. This pictures shown in this refer to the 12 zip line rides only figured this out later !!!!!”
“Gillary Travels is very professional and prompt. We worked with Benjamin and his wife - real nice people who became good friend of ours during our short stay. He picked us up promptly from the hotel, advised us on the tours and provided lots of useful information while we were there. The tours that were scheduled and organized by him were very nice. We did the zip line, party boat and also Saona island tour. All were fantastic experiences. I highly recommend Gillary travels and Benjamin.”
