“Was not as advertised. Talked in detail about what we wanted and they did not follow the agreed upon plan. The toilet kept over flowing, there was no water or hand sanitizer in the bathroom. They did not bring enough water, luckily we brought a bunch. The boat was giving off black smoke at times and the smell was nauseating. The crew was not interactive at all and didn't communicate at all. Had to make multiple stops for them to get supplies. Only got 30 minutes of snorkel time. They had 1 snack and we had to request it, and then didnt serve lunch until 3:30, we boarded at 8am. Transportation and the lunch cost an extra $450. Buyer beware. Overall, not the experience that we expected for what we paid. Would not recommend. I gave 2 stars because the lunch was good, once we actually got to eat!!”
“Absolutely stellar time. Took such good care of us and even made me vegetarian food on the boat! It was a fantastic experience with a VERY kind crew. It was refreshing as this was my 4th yacht trip and this was by far the best experience with an incredible value.”
“Great day on the water with Yulian, Miguel and Andy! From the boat, to our gourmet lunch of lobster, fish and conch cerviche, everything was fabulous! They were accommodating when one of our group members had an allergy. We were a multi generation group and Yulian made sure it was great day and experience for all of us. Yulian speaks very good English so there was no communication barrier. From the first communication until the end of the trip we were super impressed. Overall, it was a wonderful day - we made great memories and I highly recommend.”
“Everything! From arrival at the dock, our crew of 3 took excellent care of us. We caught some Mahi,soaked in the beauty of Catalina Island and had an amazing lobster lunch cooked on deck. When you're in LA Ramana this is a must excursion.”
