Traveler reviews
“The voucher from trip advisor included no information about where to find the driver/car in the very busy ground transport area. There was a business name listed but this business had no signage at the airport ground transport area and no one in the area had ever had of the business by that name. A phone number was listed but We got no answer to six attempted calls. After 30 minutes of confusion and chaos we were exhausted and sweaty and just decided to grab a taxi. 10 minutes into the taxi ride I got a WhatsApp message from someone stating they were from the transportation company. Booking this service through Tripadvisor does not provide enough clarity or information to the traveler. It is not difficult to find ground transportation at the Punta Cana airport. I thought this would make our day less stressful and chaotic, and it only made it worse.”
