Traveler reviews
“Great trip with German guide Rosé, a Dominican, and Sina. Friendly guides, Rose displayed a lot of professionalism. There were many explanations about the history of the city. We visited 3 caves with 4 lakes. In the city center. Sturdy footwear is important as it involves stairs. A very nice ride on a cable car over the neighborhoods of S.D., both poorer and richer. Visit to the Columbus lighthouse with the sarcophagus of K. Questions were always answered. There was also time to explore the main street in the colonial district with the shops. Visit the oldest cathedral in the New World. Be sure to bring plenty of water or other drinks and sunscreen. The sun is relentless. One would not have to walk very much. A minibus was always ready to take us from sight to sight. Drinks and rum were free on the bus.”
