“We had to book a last minute one way trip from our hotel to the Punta Cana International Airport and turned to Viator to find a reasonably priced transfer service that compared to what the overpriced hotel would otherwise charge. I booked STM only 1 day prior and the booking was confirmed as soon as I made the payment on Viator. It has free cancelation until 24 hours prior. I immediately received a very welcoming whatsapp message from the driver introducing himself as Fernando and also asking for my confirmation for the ride, which I did. He arrived 20mins prior to the scheduled time and waited while I completed check out procedures. He is so sweet, knowing our ethnicity he accordingly played music in the car and when i asked him if he had 5 peso coin for my collection, he immediately stopped at a grocery store on our way to the airport and got me the coin I was missing for my collection. I would definitely use him again if I travel to Punta Cana.”
