“Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Save your money and safety—do not book this tour. Our experience was a nightmare from start to finish. * Dangerous & Uncomfortable Transport: They crammed 12 adults into a 10-passenger van for a 45-minute drive. * Shady Setup: We arrived at a run-down, ghetto shack for registration, then were walked through a gross, trash-filled beach to an equally disheveled boat. * Fake "Open Bar" & Stale Snacks: The advertised "open bar" was a joke. It consisted of Kool-Aid mixed with a single bottle of Smirnoff vodka for all 12 of us. To make matters worse, the crew members were filling their own water bottles with the limited vodka we were given. For food, they provided one single bag of stale tortilla chips. * Harassment & Aggressive Photo Sales: The coordinator was extremely confrontational and high-pressure, forcing people to pose for pictures and getting argumentative if anyone declined to buy them. * Predatory Behavior: Worst of all, the staff took invasive personal photos of our wives' butts and private areas without consent. It was completely disgusting, unprofessional, and violated our privacy. This was an appalling, unsafe, and illegal-feeling experience. Avoid this company at all costs.”
“A great experience. Crew was amazing. Small group due to low season but made the trip more personable. Did some snorkeling, saw dolphins, then hung out and partied at a sand bar. Good music, vibes and staff was very engaging. Overall a great value. ”
