“Our driver did NOT show up for our arrival in Punta Cana so we had to grab a taxi. The company said they didn't have a driver for us. We contacted the company again once at our hotel and were told we would get a refund, which has not shown up yet. We had booked a return trip so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Our driver for the return to the airport was 15 minutes late and drove extremely slow. It was a painful trip to the airport.”
