When you travel with your family to a country you’re unfamiliar with, reliable transportation is extremely important. If a reservation needs to be canceled, customers should be notified ahead of time and given an alternative. Because of this experience, if someone asks me in the future whether I would rely on TripAdvisor for transportation, unfortunately, my answer would be no.”
