Traveler reviews
“No show for pick up contact no answer or response fir our airport pickup Ww we're verified tired from our trip and we expected the vip pick up to be at the airport at punta cana to be there which didn't show up after waiting for an hour”
“No one answered my messages. No one picked me up at the airport. Avoid this vendor at all costs. Horrible experience. ”
“This was the worst booking experience I have ever made. It was impossible to find the driver/ride, so I ended up purchasing another service to get to my resort after 30 minutes of running around. It was a complete waste of money and I am still pushing for a refund since I was stranded and unable to use the service. ”
“My driver never showed up and never replied to any of my messages. I had to find alternative travel options. ”
“If you are looking to not share transportation to and from this is the one to book. Our driver stay in contact from The time my plane took off and when I landed in the DR with clear instructions where to find him and a picture with my name on it and was prompt when it came to departure. Definitely will be using again for my next visit! ”
