Traveler reviews
“Worst experience of my life! Terrible! Never showed up! Trying to get a refund but no response! Will never use again!! If I could give a zero star I would! ”
“I was never able to get in contact with the driver despite trying to get a hold of him. Driver name was Miguel Marte. I ended up getting a taxi to resort and back. I’m out $71 dollars and viator won’t give me a refund. I’ll never book with them again. ”
“Was not there! That’s it! The number on the contact they gave me was not working, other people tried for me also but the number was out of service, so I had to pay a new fare”
“Nothing at all wrong with the transportation. Gentlemen arrived on time, loaded up our bags took us to our resort. Advertisement shows a black suv. Pickup service was a white multi passenger van. ”
“Very professional ride and comfortable. Safety precautions were taken as well. The driver was extremely polite and kind. ”
