“Booked and it said confirmed but needed more info. Really, what info? You charged my credit card then left me hanging. So I message and call. No response from company WHATSOEVER. Had to have concierge call company and ask if they were coming. 20 minutes late. PRIVATE TRANSFER yet had another guest in front. The driver needs to learn to drive! Swerving and jamming on brakes, driving like an idiot. Not happy AT ALL with this company.”

“We had a large group (10 people) so I ordered 2 cars. We waited over an hour- they 'said they were at the wrong exit- they were outside Jet Blue'. We were on United- I had given the airline, flight number and time of arrival when I booked. Regardless, after repeated phone calls, a driver showed up- he said the owner had called him and asked for a favor to pick up a large group. He came right away so the dispatcher was lying about being at the wrong exit.... ”
