“We wouldn’t know that the experience went well or not because the shuttle never showed up to pick us up. Operator texted us the day before and stated that we would be changing the time to 3pm instead of 10am and we agreed on that. Stated that we needed to be at the main gate 10 mins earlier. We waited at our security gate for an hour and no answer to our text messages with the operator. We asked for a refund and they stated that we cannot get a refund because we were not at the gate at the stated time which we were 20 minutes early then the stated time. I would not recommended this to anyone. ”
