Caution when booking with this agency We booked a tour to Saône Island with them, but it turned out that the chosen day was a holiday and the beach was closed, something we were never informed at the time of payment. We lost the tour and, unfortunately, we also did not get any kind of solution from the agency. They don’t answer calls, they don’t answer messages and so far they haven’t managed to return the money. A very disappointing experience. I recommend using caution before contracting with this company. Wilkins Villegas is the name of the person who does not want to make a refund of the remaining money.”
