“I was disappointed with how this booking was handled. I made the reservation on August 17 and clearly listed Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort as our destination. The booking was accepted, and I paid on August 28. The provider only sent an email on the evening of August 31 stating that Nickelodeon was outside their area and that an additional US$70 would be required. I did not see the email and only became aware of the extra charge when the driver collected us at the airport. The driver had also been communicating with me directly on WhatsApp the night before but never mentioned the additional fee. At that point, I was in an unfamiliar country with two small children, did not speak the language, and needed to get my family safely to our hotel, so I paid the $70 cash. I explained to the driver that I felt very misled by the situation, and he apologized. He was pleasant, but I believe the additional charge should have been communicated much earlier since the company had our hotel information for almost two weeks. The transfer itself was fine, but the way the extra charge was handled left a very negative impression and is the reason I would not book with this provider again.”

“I booked a roundtrip transfer. When I arrived to the airport I had to wait 20 minutes before my driver arrived despite previous communication with the dispatch about my arrival time. Rocher, the dispatcher, then told me he would text me the night before my departure to confirm my pickup time. He never reached out to me, so I texted him. He did not respond. So I called twice and texted him multiple times before I was able to get an answer. Rocher then asks me to send a picture of my booking to prove that I booked Roundtrip. Now it is 20 minutes before I need to leave and I am just now getting ahold of the owner who is now sending a driver. Additionally, on my way to the hotel, the driver Jose Cruz Rosario flirts with me the entire drive. He asked for my number and I told him no. Then he shows me that he already has my number on the business paper. I asked him not to text me using the business info. That night, he proceeded to text me forcing me to block him. I am highly disappointed and DISGUSTED in the service I received. I do not recommend this company at all. If I had not been so diligent, I could’ve easily missed my flight. The company is very disorganized and lacking of professionalism as they do not keep track of the guests they are servicing as they should. ”
