Traveler reviews
“Terrible company, I do not recommend it to anyone. I had to pay for a taxi to the hotel because I called them and they told me that I did not have a reservation with them, which was a lie because I had made it with Expedia, and later they told Expedia that they had been at the hotel since early waiting for me, which was a lie. It was only after I called them that they showed up at the hotel at 2 in the afternoon, and my pickup was for 1:23. What happened to me could happen to any of you. If that is how they handle a transfer, imagine what they are like on excursions. They do not want to work, only scam and tell lies.”
“Very reliable. Friendly. Good communication. Clean, safe vehicle. Contacted us hours before pick up to give us peace of mind. Arrived on time. ”
