Traveler reviews
“They never showed! I tried to call when they were late & got a voice recording. Do not book this tour! ”
“We waited for 45 minutes and they never showed up! We wasted our morning and we are so disappointed!!”
“It is a trip to the local world market. Our driver Hector was really nice. There was no pressure to buy anything at the store, it had the best pricing we’ve seen.”
“Never arrived to pick us up. Never responded to email, and telephone number doesn't work. Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM.”
“I can’t say I’d give this 5 stars because that means it was exceptional. There wasn’t really anything exceptional but I won’t say I had a bad experience either. Ultimately, this was just an “Uber ride” to a single souvenir shop. The shop was ok…nobody was pressuring or anything. We did our shopping and they took us home. So like I said - a private “uber” like ride in an air conditioned van. My one ding I’d say was that I requested an English guide. There wasn’t any guide at all. And neither driver (there or back) spoke any English. Fortunately, I know Spanish but if someone doesn’t know ANY Spanish, they’d be a bit uncomfortable. I’d only recommend this because the price was about $10 each way. More than fair. But if you want an “experience”, this isn’t that. ”
