Traveler reviews
“Arrived at Punta Cana airport and upon making it to the chaotic transportation area, no one was waiting for me with my name on a sign. Called twice and 2nd time, I got hung up on after asking how long would it be before arrival. After waiting an hour in the heat and noise after a 4 hour flight, I had to figure out how to get to my resort. NOT a great to start my vacation with unreliable and inconsiderate of my safety as a solo traveler.”
“Perfect experience with drop off and pick up at the PUJ airport. Driver communicated ahead of time via what's app. He was waiting with our name on a sign when we exited the airport. Would not hesitate to use again. ”
“Ruddy was an amazing tour guide. From pick up to drop off. It is such an amazing experience to be in with the monkeys. They are well cared for and have a beautiful environment to thrive in. It was fun to have our pictures taken with the monkeys. ”
“Very disappointed. They were not there when we arrived at the airport and we were calling and no one was answering the phone. After 30 minutes the guy shows up and then he is going back and the phone wirh someone. He puts our luggage in the van and then another van appears and he says that guy will take us. Unloads our luggage and then finally we leave the airport. I just hope the pick up is on time and not late for our flight”
“Nelson was able to pick us out of a very crowded airport and brought us directly to our ride. After a long trip it was exactly the service we needed!”
