“Great entertainment and host, food and drinks”
“They requested and took a photo of my ID card upon payment last weekend, claiming to be protecting their customers. Yesterday, there was a failed charge of $1551 on one of my debit cards, follows by an immediate successful charge of $431 a the $17 in the name of BAVAROTOUR. I then blocked the card. I wondered if it was INFINITY or MOVIE CLUB that was stealing from me. Today, my other debit card (a PayPal card) got stolen $335 from it as a WALMART.COM transaction. This time, I could see that I had only used this debit card once at the MOVIE CLUB during my trip. Now, I know that the only thief is through a MOVIE CLUB cashier. Guys, don’t allow them to take a photo of your Identification documents side by side with you signed payment receipt, claiming that they are protecting their customers. They will scam you too, even if your bank will refund your money. But they will keep the one they stole from you. MOVIE CLUB, I didn’t want to do this, but stealing from tourists/customers is a dirty habit. Guys, please pay with cash only if possible. This MOVIE CLUB ain’t loyal! Ayer hubo un cargo fallido de $1,551 en una de mis tarjetas de débito, seguido de cargos exitosos inmediatos de $431 y $17 a nombre de BAVAROTOUR. Entonces bloqueé la tarjeta. Me preguntaba si era INFINITY o MOVIE CLUB quien me estaba robando. Hoy, mi otra tarjeta de débito (una tarjeta PayPal) sufrió un robo de $335 como transacción en WALMART.COM. Esta vez, pude ver que solo había usado esta tarjeta una vez en MOVIE CLUB durante mi viaje. Ahora sé que el único ladrón es un cajero de MOVIE CLUB. Chicos, no permitan que les tomen una foto de sus documentos de identidad junto con el recibo de pago firmado, alegando que protegen a sus clientes. También los estafarán, aunque su banco les reembolse el dinero. Pero se quedarán con lo que les robaron. MOVIE CLUB, no quería hacer esto, pero robar a turistas/clientes es un hábito sucio. Chicos, por favor paguen con efectivo si es posible. ¡Este MOVIE CLUB no es confiable!”
