“The horseback rinding was amazing. Keeko and Chi Chi were amazing instructors. They were patient and guided us well. Nova was great, he was very accommodating and understanding and was willing to help us. We did however have a bad experience with the buggy ride. The instructor, Joseph, gave us no instructions and he was very disrespectful towards something we had no idea about. After finding out he was wrong about the situation he did apologize but I believe he could have handled the situation better.”
