So, having to wait to get off the plane, wait for customs, wait for your bags and then get in an additional line to show your E-ticket can definitely make it more than 80 minutes which ofcourse isn’t any of our fault. ”

“Excellent service driver was on time for pick up. No issues. SUV was older model and interior was little worn. Only comment is that the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke if you’re allergic. I’m sensitive to cigarette smoke, but I endured it as wasn’t that bad but I would preferred not to have that smell the vehicle. ”
