Traveler reviews
“Excellent service! Our flight was delayed and they stayed at the airport waiting for us. Even gave us bottled water when we finally came out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vehicles clean and the ride was smooth. I would recommend them anytime.”
“Excellent service from Alexander. He was very friendly, polite and professional, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. He had the beers my husband requested ready to celebrate my birthday on the way, made an important stop for us, and even stopped at a pharmacy to help us pick up medication my mother had forgotten. Overall, it was a GREAT experience from start to finish. He also helped us with our luggage and provided a car seat for our daughter as requested. This was a last-minute reservation to our hotel in Uvero Alto, and they still accommodated us without any issues. Very grateful and highly recommended.”
“Great company. Driver was great and provided some suggestions for different sites and tours. Would recommend. ”
“Our driver, Jimenez, was absolutely fantastic! We had zero wait after exiting Terminal A, and even though the drive to Secrets Playa Esmeralda was long, it was comfortable in the private Suburban for us, 2 couples. Jimenez is an excellent driver—professional, smooth, and genuinely friendly—which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. At the end of our week at Secrets, we were thrilled to find out he would be our driver again for the return trip to the airport. If you’re lucky enough to have Jimenez as your driver, you are in good hands. Highly recommend!”
“Mr. Jiminez our driver was great! Prompt arrival and departure. Great communication. We will use them every time we travel! Thank you”
