“I reached out to this vendor to arrange pick up at least 6 days before the scheduled event so I make appropriate arrangements however communication was lacking. When I spoke on the communication errors the day before he blamed me however there were lapses in communication. I booked multiple excursions on Viator and each vendor provided a contact info through What’s app so I can share my exact location with them and everything worked out fine. The person who responded was smart and disrespectful in trying to address my concerns and conversations would lapse over days leaving me to have to reach out again and again. Please be careful when booking especially if you’re staying at an Airbnb. You actually don’t need to book this because other excursions offer souvenir shopping as well. ”
