“I booked several activities in Punta Cana through Flash, working directly with Estel, including Saona Island, buggy riding, horseback riding, a speedboat activity, and transportation. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing, mainly because what I paid for and what was actually provided were repeatedly different. One of the clearest examples was the buggy activity. I specifically paid for two buggies, one for each person. When we arrived at the activity, we discovered that Estel had only paid the operator for one buggy for the two of us. This was not what we had agreed on or paid for. A similar problem happened with the speedboat activity. We had agreed on two boats, but when we arrived, only one boat had been paid for. After experiencing the same issue more than once, I no longer felt confident that the other activities I had paid for would be provided as agreed. Transportation was also unreliable. I had arranged transportation through her, but on one occasion the ride that was supposed to be organized simply never showed up, leaving me to make alternative arrangements myself. The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency. Throughout the process, I felt that I constantly had to verify everything myself with the actual activity providers to find out whether what I had paid for had really been booked. Eventually, I decided to cancel the remaining activities because I no longer trusted the arrangements. Based on my experience, I would not book with Flash or Estel again. If you are visiting Punta Cana, I strongly recommend booking activities through established platforms such as GetYourGuide, Viator, or directly with the tour operator, where the exact activity, number of participants, cancellation terms, reviews, and payment details are clearly documented. My advice to other travelers is simple: get everything in writing, confirm exactly what has been paid to the actual operator, and keep all receipts and messages. My experience created unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.”
