“The excursion we had booked was canceled just five minutes after they picked us up. We were already on our way and were really looking forward to enjoying the activity. What happened next was even worse: no one took responsibility, no one seemed to be in charge, and they kept giving us the runaround again and again. Even though they promised us on several occasions that we would receive a refund, to this day we have not received a single euro. WE DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE AND FULL REFUND OF THE 170 € PAID! It is unacceptable to cancel an excursion in this way, to not assume any responsibility, and, furthermore, to keep the customers' money after having repeatedly promised its return. We hope that this situation is resolved immediately and that the 170 € is returned to us without any more excuses or delays. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this provider at all.”

“My family and I went and reserved a boat to go to the island, the idea was that it was just for us alone and they told us that it was possible, well it was totally the opposite, they charged us 1,300 dollars for the rental and they made us get on with totally strange people when the truth is we had not paid for that. I found it totally dishonest that they were not transparent regarding the service, we did not like the treatment they gave us since they were rude and despotic, I do not recommend this service with them, do not waste your time and money with people who are not worth it and change your itinerary as foreign tourists, TERRIBLE SERVICE!”
