“To start with the adventure, when I booked location was not provided, after I paid next day Viator sent the location my destination was a gas station pick up point. Driver got there 1:20 minutes late. While driving was on the phone texting. When we get to destination cars where not operating correctly, de mechanic was with us fixing the car every stop. We were the only ones on that trip. Cars company is not listing in the Viator booking, another issue they rushed you every stop trip says 4 hours and they did it on 2 1/2, will not recommend it. Do to pay for those pictures the guy doesn’t complete the trip either you disappear half way and give you only the one he takes the up to the beach only. Was laughing during the picture not to ruin my trip.”

“The name of the company that provides the buggy rides is not listed anywhere on your ticket so finding this place because I chose to drive myself was extremely hard not only that Extremely unorganized we were supposed to start at 11:40 however, we did not get started until almost 1 o’clock The tour Director was nice however he had no idea that I purchased two ATVs. I had to show him my original purchase not just the ticket you think that this information would have been given to him, but I guess not. Each place you go to is extremely rushed The buggies can constantly broke down ”
