Traveler reviews
“We booked and prepaid a round-trip private transfer through Viator. Our arrival transfer was excellent, so we had every reason to trust the return service. Unfortunately, our return driver never arrived. After we contacted the company, they admitted they had mistakenly scheduled our pickup for the following day instead of our confirmed reservation date. Because we had an international flight to catch, the resort had to arrange a last-minute taxi for us, which cost an additional $140. The company eventually acknowledged the mistake and issued a partial refund, which we appreciated. However, this completely unnecessary scheduling error turned the end of our vacation into a stressful experience. If you book with this company, I strongly recommend confirming your return pickup a day or two before departure, even if your reservation has already been confirmed and prepaid. ”
“Excellent driver. Excellent customer service. Daniel really knows what he's doing. Plus you hooked us up with some beers.”
“amazing experience, friendly driver every time I’m coming to Dominican I will be asking for him there were no issues he was on time. I was safe five star all the way.”
“My transportation was waiting for us at the airport as scheduled. Also had an anniversary sign with our names on it as requested. I was pleased with the experience. ”
“I felt super safe because of his way of driving and he knows a lot about the area so the whole way was very informative, he made my tour an experience that I would repeat without a doubt, he has very good ethics, I could see that his vehicle is in optimal condition conditions, everything very clean, I repeat I would not hesitate to repeat my tour.”
