“This experience was the worst I’ve ever had on Viator. The driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up , which at the time was okay. But unfortunately that’s where it started. Then I spent most of my day ensuring that we have a driver for our next portion. There were no instructions or guidance given by the driver no group leader etc. The worst part was on the return after walking a mile to get on and off the catamaran, we were left in the parking lot with no ride. When I complained on Viator a driver came with. Broken back window. I had 4 children traveling with me. I would ride in a car like that and especially not with my children. 35 minute drive with no back window, insane. My kids were in the car saying prayers ”
“Had a great time. Trip was split into two separate tours. We were picked up in the morning, and dropped back off at hotel after buggies. Then picked up again about an hour and a half later for the second tour, which was kind of cool because we had time to clean up and get something to eat before we departed for second leg. I recommend this tour but also advise that you get in touch with the tour operator the day before so you can stay in contact on the day of tour.”

“hosts were very friendly and fun!! The coffee tasting was amazing and worth getting mudded up with the buggy’s. The party boat was one of the best parts with the hosts making amazing drinks and keeping up with the vibe! We had time to go back to our resort and freshen up for the party boat after the buggy’s which was very nice. 10/10 experience and would do again for sure!”
