“We were a party of 14. We needed service from the airport to the hotel. I booked this service over a week in advance. I received a confirmation email. When we landed I received a whatsapp message. It said the driver was already waiting for you at the airport. I was communicating with him the whole time from going through customs, getting luggage etc. They kept informing me that the driver was there. Once we got outside in the extremely very hot weather, we was looking for the driver with my name on it. We searched everywhere and no one was there. We called and was told they are on the way. We waited over 20mins and still no one arrived. We then made arrangements for another taxi company because we was hot and tired and being lied to. Once we leave they send me a picture that they are there which was over 40 mins of us waiting and then demanded an apology. I am appalled. You owe me an apology and you lied to me for over an hour that you were at the airport and was not. Appalling company. AVOID. The nerve requesting an apology when they were never at the airport at the pick up time.”
